BERITH Holdings Announces Corporate Actions

BERITH Holdings Corporation (OTC:BERJ) announced today that its Board of Directors have completed the company’s corporate actions of a name change (WHAM INC. to BERITH Holdings Corp.), a ticker symbol change (WFMC to BERJ), and a reverse split of its Common Stock (300-1) and Series A Preferred Stock, (5000-1).  The corporate actions were approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, (FINRA) and were completed on June 12th 2017.  The corporate actions were filed with the Secretary State of Florida on 3/10/2017, and were published onto the OTCMarkets in the company’s 1st quarter 2017 Information Disclosure Statement on May 10, 2017.  The company’s ticker symbol shall remain WFMC with a D following it, (WFMCD) for approx. 20 days, and thereafter the new trading symbol shall become BERJ.  The genesis of the company’s corporate actions were to accurately regulate the company’s share structure for the purpose in building long term value, and sustainable growth.  The company will keep the investment community abreast on all current company details by way of press release, and/or through its quarterly Information Disclosure Statements.
